Oil Pump

About These Items The 12V hydraulic pump is equipped with a powerful motor of up to 3.0 kW and a 6, 10, or 13 quart (1.5 to 3.25 gallon) metal tank, ideal for applications such as dump trailers, tail lifts, stackers, and other lifting systems. It offers a maximum pressure of 3200 PSI on port A and 1500 PSI on port B, suitable for single-action systems (electric raise, gravity lower). All versions come pre-assembled and include a remote control with a 4.5-meter cable, SAE #6 connectors, and a pressure relief valve for added safety. The 220V model, on the other hand, is designed for professional environments such as auto repair shops and dealerships. With a power of 2.2 kW (3 HP) and a specially treated 6-liter plastic tank, this hydraulic pump is compatible with 2- and 4-post car lifts, forklifts, and scissor lifts. Its relief valve ensures operational safety, and SAE6 connectors allow universal mounting on various hydraulic systems. All models can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientation, feature a quick-start motor at 2850 RPM, and offer long-lasting durability and energy efficiency. Key Differences The 12V DC pumps are available in 6, 10, or 13-quart capacities, all with metal reservoirs and configured for hydraulic lift and gravity lowering. They are ideal for mobile applications such as dump trailers and small platforms, and all include a wired remote control and SAE #6 connectors. The 13-quart pump has the largest capacity of the group, ideal for longer-duration jobs without fluid refills. The 10-quart model balances power and capacity for medium-duty jobs, while the 6-quart model is compact and lightweight, ideal for tight spaces. On the other hand, the 220V AC pump is designed for stationary use in workshops and industrial applications, being compatible with car lifts and hydraulic platforms. Its treated plastic tank is durable and lightweight, and its 2.2 kW three-phase motor ensures consistent performance under demanding conditions. Its system is universally mounted with solenoid operation and optional remote controls. Specifications 12 V DC Models (Single Acting) Voltage: 12 V DC Power: 1.6 kW (nominal), 3.0 kW (max.)
