Bounce Trainer

About these items Jump boxes designed for full-body plyometric training, ideal for functional routines such as step-ups, squats, box jumps, and push-ups. Suitable for users from beginner to professional levels. Available individually (18") or in a set of 4 heights (12", 18", 24", and 30"), they offer exercise versatility, difficulty progression, and workout customization. Made with a steel frame featuring reinforced welds and a trapezoidal design for maximum stability. They support up to 227 kg, making them suitable for high-intensity use. The top surfaces have a textured, non-slip silicone coating, while the base has rubber pads to prevent movement or slipping during exercise. The powder-coated finish protects against corrosion and extends the product's lifespan, while easy assembly and stackability facilitate transport and storage. Key Differences The SS-B-18 model is a single 18-inch box, ideal for strength and cardio workouts, with a lower total weight (6 kg) and greater ease of movement. The SS-B-12-18-24-30 (black) and The SS-R-12-18-24-30 (red) sets include four boxes of increasing heights, ideal for progressive training or group use. All models share the same 227 kg weight capacity and non-slip design, differing only in color (black or red) and number of pieces. The single-unit set is more compact, ideal for those looking to start with a single height, while the complete sets allow for a greater variety of exercises and challenges. The complete sets have a total weight of 26.5 kg and include all installation hardware; the single-unit set weighs only 6 kg and is easier to transport.
