Beer Brewing

About this product Made entirely of food-gr ade 304 stainless steel, including the keg body, handles, inner lining, closures, and lid. The robust wall thickness ensures high dimensional stability, a long service life, and easy cleaning without dirt adhesion. The lid with integrated silicone gasket provides double protection against leaks. The elastic seal reliably prevents insects from entering and ensures leak-proof transport, even when the keg is turned upside down or shaken. The lid is pre-drilled for a vent pipe that can be quickly installed. The one-way vent allows fermentation gases to escape and prevents backflow, creating a clean, oxygen-free fermentation environment. Includes a thermometer for real-time monitoring of the fermentation temperature. The easy-to-read scale displays Celsius and Fahrenheit from 0 to 40 °C, ideal for beer, spirits, wine, and cider. Available in either 16-gallon or 8-gallon capacity. The conical bottom promotes sediment separation and the fermentation process, while valves facilitate the draining of yeast sediment and beer. Key Differences The DM-F600 model offers significantly more volume with a 60-liter capacity and is suitable for larger fermentation batches, while the DM-F300, with its 30-liter capacity, is more compact and requires less floor space. The DM-F600 features a wider spout and sturdy carrying handles for easier handling when full, whereas the DM-F300 has height-adjustable feet and a dual liter-gallon scale. The larger model is taller and heavier, providing additional stability for larger batches, while the smaller model's lighter weight makes it more versatile.
