Review: I’ve ordered from SHEIN several times over the past year, and overall my experience has been mixed. Some items arrive exactly as pictured, while others look completely different from the photos. The quality really depends on what you buy. A few tops I ordered were made from very thin material and felt cheap, but I also received a dress that fit perfectly and looked surprisingly good for the price. Shipping usually takes around a week, but one of my recent parcels was delayed and tracking updates stopped for days, which was frustrating. Customer service wasn’t very helpful and mostly sent automated replies. I still shop there occasionally, but only for low-cost, trend-based pieces, not anything I need to last long-term. The sizing is very inconsistent, so I recommend checking reviews for each item before buying. Delivery arrived within the estimated time, but the packaging was flimsy and one small accessory was missing. I contacted customer service, but getting a proper response took.
